2. Proprietary E-Invoicing Add-On Software

Our proprietary E-Invoicing integration middleware/add-on is an independent software application developed solely by the technical team of Perfonec Computers LLC. It is designed to interface with QuickBooks Enterprise, Odoo ERP, Zoho Books, Tally, and Sage environments through standard application programming interfaces (APIs), approved connectors, and database integration mechanisms where applicable.

• The add-on functions strictly as a data-transmission and cryptographic-signing bridge to facilitate compliance with applicable federal tax authority frameworks and e-invoicing regulations.

• Intellectual property rights, source code, software architecture, documentation, and updates relating to the e-invoicing integration software remain exclusively owned by Perfonec Computers LLC.

• Compatibility with third-party software platforms does not imply endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or partnership by the respective software publishers unless expressly stated.

3. Managed Infrastructure & Cloud Hosting Activity

All remote access infrastructure, dedicated environments, cloud deployments, and managed application hosting services are provisioned under the legally authorized trade license activities of Perfonec Computers LLC within the United Arab Emirates, including approved activities relating to Cloud Services, Managed IT Services, and Data Centre Infrastructure.

Data Residency & Sovereignty

We explicitly guarantee that all client financial databases, transaction logs, backups, and hosted accounting software instances are deployed on fully private, enterprise-grade infrastructure located strictly within onshore United Arab Emirates (UAE) data centers.

No production client accounting data or personally identifiable information (PII) is transferred, mirrored, or processed outside the territorial boundaries of the UAE unless specifically requested and contractually authorized by the client, ensuring compliance with applicable UAE data protection, sovereignty, and tax authority requirements.

Licensing Compliance

We maintain strict software licensing compliance standards. End-user environments are deployed in isolated and secure configurations. Clients utilizing hosted desktop or cloud environments must maintain valid software licenses and user subscriptions as required by Microsoft, Intuit, Odoo, Zoho, Tally, Sage, and any other applicable software vendors.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our e-invoicing add-on solutions, managed cloud environments, hosting infrastructure, and cybersecurity controls are maintained under stringent service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring standards, and security frameworks by qualified UAE-based IT personnel, Perfonec Computers LLC shall not be liable for defects, disruptions, security vulnerabilities, compatibility issues, feature changes, licensing modifications, service interruptions, or software errors originating from third-party software publishers including but not limited to QuickBooks, Odoo, Zoho, Tally, Sage, Microsoft, or any associated vendor platforms.

Clients acknowledge that third-party software products remain the responsibility of their respective publishers and are governed by their own licensing agreements, support policies, and warranty terms.

5. Additional Terms & General Disclaimer

• Perfonec Computers LLC and its website, perfonec.com, shall not be held responsible for any content inaccuracies, coding errors, omissions, typographical mistakes, or other inaccuracies that may appear on the website, within software solutions, documentation, or related services.

• Perfonec Computers LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website, products, services, software, or information contained therein.
